I can't imagine this works flawlessly for thousands of other organizations.

Google yields NOTHING anytime we try to research problems on this software and it's ridiculous reddit only has 1 post on this. Does anybody have any advice to offer? I'm hoping people stumble on this post.

We ended up having to recreate the entire playlist from scratch back in Pro 5 last minute. Of course all this is happening 45 min before service. Ensuring all updates for all peripherals were up to date.Įven reverting back to the triple head video settings did not work. Then once we noticed this, I did everything I could to try to clear everything including: Even trying to input key commands to clear all and stop video, no luck to override the session. Then noticing while it was trying to load, the main counter video was trying to auto play. Then Pro 6 just froze upon launching and was unresponsive. Flickering stopped, but worse problems occurred. Then we changed up the wiring to bypass the triple head completely and mirror the main projector feed over ethernet upstage. Couldn't find any other forums containing information pertaining to Pro 6 issues, or any other tech problems, (hence why I'm posting here). All cables were firm and brand new, even swapped out lightening cables. Flickering occurred randomly when switching slide irrelevant to the slide animation properties. Tried to dig up some research online from google and no luck and other users experiencing the same issues. Made sure everything was locked to 60hz and made sure all other video settings were correct. Which at first, we thought it was a screen refresh rate issue. Biggest issue (at the time) was the main projectors flickering. Same hardware setup with Pro 6, we started running into issues. To briefly go over current hardware which was used with 5 with minimal problems we ran Pro 5 from the 2012 iMac out to a Matrox Triple Head (1st Gen), which goes out to our main screens and a secondary c.monitor.
I'm posting here because there is no other alternative for help. Their home page only returns the FAQ's page which is obviously no help to an experienced tech team.
